White-label fintech platform·SaaS·Software for VASPs

Your brand. Our fintech platform.

A working platform for firms that move client money: onboarding and KYB, fiat and digital asset balances, transactions with escrow where a deal needs it, and a compliance workspace behind all of it. Run it as a service or put it in front of your clients under your own name.

Built by a Swiss development team in Zug.

The client workspace of the platform: a transaction that needs funding, the amounts secured and still to fund across the book, and the stage every live transaction has reached.
The same transaction on a phone: the amount, how much is secured, and each stage it has passed through.

01About the product

The work your desk does, in one place

Firms handling client money run the same day twice: once for the client who wants the transaction done, and once for the team that has to be able to answer for it. The platform is built around that pair.

ESC-26-0441One transaction, opened by each seat that touches it. Switch seats and watch what the record answers.

app.wolf.digital
The client's own book: the transaction that needs funding, what is secured for them, and what is still to fund across everything they have open.

Sees

Their own book, and the half of each transaction that belongs to them.

Does

Asks for a transaction, accepts a version, funds it out of a balance they already hold, files evidence against a condition.

Cannot

See why a review was opened on them, or move money on their own say-so.

Demonstration data. Not a live account.

01

Nothing moves on one signature

A payout is prepared by one seat and approved by another, and clearance is checked again immediately before the money leaves.

02

Every figure has an origin

Balances are derived from the book rather than typed in, documents carry their version and fingerprint, and a correction is a new entry.

03

Each seat sees its own half

The same record answers differently depending on who opened it. Nothing is hidden by leaving a link out of a menu.

02Main functionalities

Six areas, each on its own screen

Pick an area and the screen beside it changes. Everything shown is in the application today, with demonstration data in place of client records.

  • See what is waiting on their side, and what is waiting on yours
  • Open a transaction and follow every stage it passes
  • Answer a request from your team against the record it belongs to

The client overview: one transaction that needs funding, the amounts secured and still to fund across the book, and the stage each live transaction has reached.

03One transaction, end to end

Watch an escrow transaction run

Four moments from a transaction that is opened, funded, proved and paid out. Each one shows what somebody does, what the platform does next, and the status everybody then sees.

Operations, then both companies

Opened and agreed

What is done
Operations sets the parties, the currency and the amount, and publishes a version of the terms.
What happens next
Both companies read the same version. Either side can ask for a different one before accepting, and nobody is bound until the two accept the same version.
Status in the system
Terms published, then accepted
ops.wolf.digital
Opening the transaction: what is traded, the currency, the two verified parties and the amount to be held.

Escrow is the right path for some transactions and overkill for others. A plain transfer or a conversion runs without any of this.

Money moves when the conditions say so.Not when somebody says so.

A release cannot be prepared until every mandatory condition on the transaction evaluates true. Evidence is filed against the condition it answers, and a condition stays unsatisfied until the document that satisfies it has been approved.

04Web and mobile

On a desk and in a pocket

The platform is a responsive web application. A client approving a transaction from a phone sees the same screens, the same figures and the same limits as the person at a desk.

  • One responsive build, so a phone browser gets the real screens rather than a cut-down copy
  • The same seats and the same authority on both, because permissions belong to the person, not the device
  • Work that starts on a phone finishes on a desk, against the same record

There is no entry in an app store today. If a native application is part of what you need, it is a development conversation rather than a download.

Swipe to see the verification steps, the overview and one transaction.

A single transaction on a phone, with every stage it has passed and what it is waiting for.

05SaaS and white label

Two decisions, and they are separate

SaaS is how the software is delivered and kept running. White label is whose name your clients see on it. Most firms want both, and neither one rules the other out.

01

SaaS

You use the platform; we run and maintain it.

  • Your own tenant, with your currencies, assets, roles and document rules configured for you
  • Improvements to the product reach every tenant, so your build does not drift out of date
  • A support line to the people who write the code, not a ticket queue in front of them

02

White label

Your clients see your name on it, not ours.

  • Your name, your mark, your accent colour and your domain across the client workspace
  • The same application underneath, so a change to the product reaches your clients too
  • Branding scope is agreed during implementation rather than switched on in a settings page

03

Implementation and ongoing development

Setting it up, connecting it, and building what you need next.

  • Configuration of the operating model: who holds what, who approves what, which checks block what
  • Integration work into the systems you already run, scoped with you before anything is promised
  • Further development as a roadmap you have a say in, delivered by the same team

The same product, under another name

Pick a brand and it is not this screen that changes: it is every screen on this page. The mark in the navigation, the accent through the interface, the colour a primary action takes and the domain in the address bar all follow you from here on.

app.wolf.digital
The client workspace rendered under the wolf.digital brand: the name and mark in the navigation, the accent colour through the interface, and the tenant's own domain in the address bar.

An illustration of what branding covers. Northgate and Aurelia are invented for this page, and the switch lives on the page rather than in the product: there is no self-service theme editor. What a real deployment covers is agreed with you.

06About us

A Swiss team you can put in a room

wolf.digital is built in Zug by the development team behind Wolf Ventures Swiss AG. The people who design the screens and write the rules behind them are the people you meet during an implementation.

Who is responsible

One team owns the product from end to end: what it does, how the rules behind it are modelled, how it looks, and what ships. There is no layer between the people who decide and the people who build.

What the team does

Product and interface design, domain modelling for operations that have to be defensible afterwards, front-end engineering, integration work, and the release process that keeps a live tenant stable.

How a deployment runs

A scoping conversation about your operating model, a tenant configured against it, your branding applied, integration work where it is needed, and a roadmap you have a say in.
